Most people are familiar with online payments, however our easy to use guide will take the hassle out of the process for everyone else.

 

1. Select the date you want.

2. Select the quantity of full price tickets and click add to cart.

3. If you want more tickets at child or concessionary price click return to shopping otherwise proceed to checkout.

4. Select the quantity of  child or concessionary tickets add these to your shopping cart then proceed to checkout.

You can also order tickets from our box office.

PLEASE NOTE:

You will NOT be charged a transaction fee for purchasing tickets using our system.

Concessionary tickets are available to children (aged under 18) and senior citizens. Proof of entitlement may be requested on entry.

Your tickets will be waiting for you at the box office on your arrival. 

 

REFUND POLICY
  • If the event you have booked is cancelled or rescheduled you are entitled to a refund of the amount you have paid for the ticket.
  • You’re not entitled to a refund if you can no longer attend an event.
  • Once tickets are posted to the ticket holder or collected The Old Nick Theatre cannot be held liable for any tickets that are lost or stolen.
